What is the National Address Conference 2025?
The National Address Conference 2025 is a premier gathering organised by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to advance discourse on national address governance. It brings together policymakers, agencies, industry players, and experts to shape Malaysia’s future in address standardisation and digital transformation.
When and where is the event happening?
A: The conference will take place from 16–17 July 2025 at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).
Who is organising this event?
The event is organised by MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission) under the National Address initiative.
Who can attend the conference?
A: The conference is by invitation only. However, if you wish to express your interest in attending, please contact the Secretariat at +60 3-8688 8520 or email us at gdmd.events@mcmc.gov.my. Your request will be reviewed and considered based on availability.

REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

How do I confirm my attendance and check in at the event??
A: Invitees are required to respond to the official invitation email or register via the provided RSVP link. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email containing a verification QR code will be sent. If you require any assistance, please contact the Secretariat at gdmd.events@mcmc.gov.my.
What is the check-in process at the event?
On the day of the event:
• Head to the registration counter at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).
• Present your QR code (either on your phone or printed).
• Our team will scan the code and provide you with your conference pass.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the program starts to ensure a smooth check-in.
Can I bring a guest or colleague along?
As the event is by invitation only, additional attendees must be pre-approved. Kindly contact us at +60 3-8688 8520 or email us at gdmd.events@mcmc.gov.my for special requests.
Will I receive a confirmation or pass?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent once your participation is approved. You may be required to show this upon registration at the venue.

AGENDA & SESSIONS

What’s on the agenda?
The two-day programme includes keynote addresses, expert panel sessions, technical talks, and strategic sharing from national and international speakers. Full details can be found in the Agenda section of the website.
Will breakout or parallel sessions be held?
No breakout sessions are planned. All sessions will be held in the main hall to ensure full audience engagement.

DRESS CODE

Dress Code
Attendees are expected to wear Business Formal or Corporate Attire._Participants are encouraged to wear Malaysian Batik on Day 2 (17 July 2025) in celebration of national identity.
Can I take photos or videos during the event?
Photography and videography will be conducted by official event media teams. Participants may take photos for personal use unless otherwise instructed.

Yes. The “Accommodation” section lists several curated hotel options, from luxury to budget-friendly, many within walking distance of the venue.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Yes. Complimentary lunch, refreshments, and coffee breaks will be provided to registered participants throughout both days.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
A: Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all participants.
Are prayer facilities available?
Yes. A surau (prayer room) is available within WTCKL. Signage and staff will guide attendees if needed.
Is the venue accessible to persons with disabilities (OKU)?
Yes. World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) is fully accessible and equipped with facilities to support participants with disabilities.
